I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The initial bedsheets were absolutely filthy, with an overwhelming amount of hair and dirt on them, prompting us to request a change. Unfortunately, the replacement sheets were just as unclean. On top of that, our bathroom door was broken and wouldn't shut properly, while the hot water was unavailable the first night.
