The spot is wonderfully quiet in the countryside, surrounded by beautifully tended gardens and quirky corners. Inside, the furnishings are beautiful, very comfortable, and the space is generous for relaxing. Breakfast was outstanding!

The estate was dreamlike, park‑like, with a 15th‑century manor house. Breakfast was rather lackluster. The dinner that had to be booked at least 5 days in advance was described in the highest romantic terms but did not live up to expectations. Also, instructions and prohibitions were posted throughout the house.
