“Staff super gentile”
The setup was ideal for a relaxed stay. It felt a little isolated, though.

Nestled at a Berber village gate, Tigmi offers two outdoor pools, a rooftop terrace, and a spa with hammam, massages, and body treatments. Air‑conditioned rooms feature private bathrooms, bathrobes, sofas, and fireplaces, with views of the pool or Atlas Mountains. The restaurant serves local and international cuisine on terrace or garden, while a poolside lounge bar entertains guests.

I’m surprised by all the glowing reviews, but Tigmi turned out to be a letdown: the receptionist was lovely, but the bathroom was in terrible shape. The food was decent and the massage was excellent, yet I wouldn’t return. It definitely doesn’t justify the price. Trash littered the courtyard all day, and staff simply walked by without bothering to pick it up. Honestly, in three weeks in Morocco, this was the worst accommodation. I don’t get all the enthusiastic praise. I stayed in Room 8, on the “other side” of the street.

The calm atmosphere was a plus. There was no internet in the chambers and it was cold.
