The place is clean, has a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Soundproofing is terrible; you can hear everything even with the door closed, so if a neighbour gets up at 6 am you won’t get a full night’s sleep. The mattresses sagged (a spring dug into my back) and the bed creaked.
