Breakfast was good.

The staff were friendly, breakfast tasty, the room spacious, and the big TV with many Russian channels was perfect for relaxing after a day. The hotel is 500 m from the metro and a little over a kilometre from the Chorsu market, so the location is generally good. I’d recommend it and would probably choose it again. In room 6 the ceiling lights still glow faintly when the switch is off—either replace them with better bulbs or pull the LEDs from the switch to fix it, because it’s not ideal when you’re trying to sleep.

The place is in a good spot and clean. However, no housekeeping came to clean the room and towels weren’t replaced.

The family‑run guest house is welcoming and helpful. Its location is great—just a few minutes’ walk to the metro and a supermarket nearby, with a garden to sit in. They prepared breakfast early for me because I had an early train to catch. Nothing negative.

I spent three days at this cozy family‑oriented hotel during my first city visit and loved it. The quiet, peaceful setting was a welcome break after a hectic day. The atmosphere felt more like a home than a hotel, and the morning coffee was a lovely start. Feruza was especially helpful, answering questions, guiding me around the city, and making my first visit smoother and more comfortable. I’d gladly return on my next trip.
