The hotel staff were lovely and welcoming; the price was reasonable and I felt safe in the area, though you’ll need to walk up a bit of a hill to get there. The room felt a bit clinical, like a hospital, but that’s expected for the price; it’s still a good spot for a few days if you’re mostly out exploring around Banos.

The service from Mrs. Rosa and her family was great, but they mentioned that everything was as expected. I didn’t like that when I left the bed, a sheet was left outside and when I returned the room was clean, yet the bed was re‑made with the same dirty sheet and they didn’t change it.

The shower water was always hot, the beds were very comfortable, we used cable TV for our kids, and the breakfasts were excellent – a lovely experience.
