The bed was SO comfy! The a/c was easy, the bathroom was lovely, the location was primo! The lift/elevator was very Talented Mr Ripley. The locks take some getting used to, but you feel very safe and secure

The room with a private bathroom was clean and pleasant. The air‑conditioning worked well. The host gave us several addresses to try, which was excellent! The accommodation is well located, just a few steps from the Colosseum.

My stay at Domus Lulia was excellent! Everything was very good, from the accommodation to the location, which is exceptional. The lodging is close to Rome’s main sights, which made my tours much more convenient. I had a great experience and highly recommend it!

Piercarlo proved to be a top host, suggesting loads of great restaurants and even arranging a driver for our final day. The room was roomy and kept us cool during the Italian heatwave, and being a short walk from the Colosseum was amazing. On the downside, because this place is an apartment and not a hotel, we had to stand on the street with our bags for 15 minutes before being let in; it’s not a huge issue, but it might be uncomfortable for some.
