The welcome, the willingness and the facilities were great, but the breakfast could use some improvement.

Paolo, the host, was wonderful and very helpful, and I really liked the self‑check‑in. The property sits in a quiet setting, and staying here put us close to the Hydromania water park, which was perfect. The room was very comfortable, and we also appreciated the fully private SPA area. Breakfast was excellent.
The villa and garden were beautiful, but the train journey was a bit longer than expected.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for the spa with little notice and the team had it ready for us in half an hour; the spa itself was very functional and clean.
