Everything was terrible. We arrived, and despite booking well in advance, the owners seemed surprised by our arrival, so even though we were past the check‑in time, the room wasn’t ready. They showed us the room that would have been assigned, which was not as pictured, still dirty with unwashed linens and trash bags in the bed. We refused that accommodation, and the person I assumed was the owner then showed us another “ready” room, but it was also filthy, full of hair and hair in the bathroom and floor, the sheets were completely stained, and there were no toiletries. We decided to leave, yet they still charged us for the night, even though we never stayed. The place was awful, the cleaning was bad, and the staff were terrible—avoid it!

The friendliness was appreciated, and when I asked for an extra mattress early on, they agreed immediately. The only issue was the cold shower.
