The place is in affordable proximity to Montepulciano and offers good opportunities for trips into Tuscany. Overall, the complex, especially the large pool, provides good quality of stay. However, the apartment’s equipment was unsatisfactory; for instance, there was only one large spoon and two small ones. The bed rocked with every movement, preventing a restful sleep. The mosquito net at the door was torn and needed replacement.

The location is perfect for exploring the region, very calm and with a beautiful setting. The pool is very nice, clean, and well‑maintained. The apartment is a bit dark, lacks a microwave and a modern coffee maker, and mosquitoes are present even at the pool during the day. A small regret: there wasn’t even a bottle of water upon arrival.
