The replacement resort, SW Paradis, was smaller but overall clean, and the bungalows were cleaned daily. Because the resort was smaller, I could get in touch with staff more quickly. Day guests were welcomed until 20:00 and then left the resort. Most of the staff were very nice. Our booking was only moved two days before arrival because the pool at the original resort had not yet been finished and construction was still ongoing there; this had not been mentioned when we booked last year. We were informed about the change only one day before arrival and told we could cancel, which was unrealistic for us since our flights were already booked and paid for, and we would have lost all flight money. That “offer” was therefore not a real solution. The replacement resort was smaller but clean, and the bungalows were well maintained. However, there were major shortcomings: no disinfectant or enough towels were provided, which is unacceptable in a swingers resort where hygiene should be top priority. I had to discuss fresh towels, which is incomprehensible. Even though the game room was otherwise well equipped, it lacked disinfectant or comparable hygiene options. Another issue was the opening hours: the kitchen closes at 18:30 and the bar at 20:00, which is completely inappropriate for a resort of this type. The operator’s communication was especially disappointing; he openly explained that bookings for the Venus Resort are deliberately accepted and then moved to the smaller replacement resort. The advertised parties did not happen at all. Despite all this, there was no compensation, financial or otherwise, and no reasonable alternative offered. Instead, we felt that economic interests were prioritized over guest satisfaction. Overall, we feel deceived, and the services did not match what was advertised at booking.

“Booking nos vende un resort que está cerrado e y desmantelado !”

The room was given because the complex was closed. The complex was completely shut down and inactive, with a big construction project underway! We bought this reservation for the resort, and we were told only the jacuzzi was closed, but upon arrival and after paying, they explained everything was closed and cancelled! No other option than to accept.
