I arrived to find the place not ready for guests, and there were big stones blocking the front entrance.

The tent itself was very nice, but the staff demanded an excessive taxi fee—1500 roepies for a 10‑minute drive—making it feel like a scam even though we were their guests.

We drove almost 40 km from the highway just for this stay; the owner had called beforehand offering a jungle safari, never mentioning that all the tents were under maintenance and unavailable. Upon arrival we learned the tents couldn’t be provided and were offered a cottage instead, which fell far short of what we booked. The main problem was the lack of communication; if we’d known the tents were out of service, we could have arranged something else instead of traveling 40 km for a stay that was completely different from what we expected.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the price was good for what we ate and drank. The pool was available and decent, Netflix worked on the TV, and the Wi‑Fi was solid. Unfortunately we caught a virus right while we were there, so we couldn't enjoy it to the fullest :( Getting in required a Jeep.
