The room was roomy and cozy, and the spot is convenient, only 500 m from a restaurant and supermarkets; you can even stroll to Eagle Beach in the daytime, about 1.5 km away. The breakfast selection was quite limited, though.

“Helaas niet aan onze verwachtingen voldaan.”

The photos looked decent when I booked, but the actual place was disappointing. The shower dripped and made a lot of noise, everything was poorly maintained, the closet was glued shut with duct tape, mold was on the ceiling, and I sent a WhatsApp message asking for compensation but haven’t heard back. It feels too expensive for what we received.

“Disconforme.”

The location was bad, and the pictures showed something that didn’t match the reality; breakfast was the same every day with little variety, sheets never changed, daily cleaning was missing, the nearest beach was 15 min away, and the streets were dark. Without a car, nothing could be done. The front desk was never present. I wanted to leave because the conditions weren’t what I had requested, and they switched my room because they couldn’t refund me.

The staff were the best, helping me book excursions and making everything smooth, but the room should have natural ventilation.

“Si fuera más barato podría ser una buena opción, con esos precios, es carísimo para como esta”

The bed was fine and the towel change was good; the staff were correct, the pool was clean, and there was a microwave and fridge, but the price is high, breakfast isn’t included, it’s 10 blocks from the beach, and the facilities are quite neglected—walls are peeled, for example, there’s no kitchen, only a microwave.
