Having apartments directly on the river is a clever idea, and they’re well anchored to the bank so you don’t feel any river noise; it’s a quiet spot with free parking, a short walk to the beaches and restaurants, and the hosts are attentive and kind. The terrace is a real bonus, and there’s free, spacious parking for SUVs and larger vehicles, making it decent value for money and a good launchpad for visiting the restored Golubac fortress. On the downside, there’s a nice common terrace but no drinking options, the bar is clearly missing, and the area around the boat could use a bit of tidying.
