“Ok”
The place was very well located and the underground parking was convenient. The staff did not speak English.
The room was nicely laid out and looked good; the air‑conditioning was definitely needed. The staff were polite. The hotel layout was confusing and it was unclear where to go to reach my room at first. The lights were motion‑sensors, but I’d already walked half the corridor before they turned on to see anything.
“Una noche para descansar”
Parking was convenient, but the check‑in could not be done automatically.
“Horrible”
Nothing good. The cleaning left a lot to be desired. My experience was truly negative and the room’s condition was, frankly, unacceptable. The sheets had stains, the bathroom had visible mold on the walls and the shower alcove, the curtains were dirty, and the lamps were dusty. Because of the sheets, I explicitly asked for them to be changed. When I returned after visiting the city, I confirmed they had indeed been changed, but the new sheets also had stains and small spots, as shown in the pictures. They explained that the sheets were clean but the stains hadn’t come out with the wash. I don’t think that explanation justifies putting visibly stained sheets in a guest’s room, especially after the problem was reported and a change was requested. This isn’t a trivial detail; it’s a basic hygiene issue. A very disappointing experience that I would not recommend. Adequate cleaning and hygiene should be the minimum requirement for any accommodation.
“Kühle bis kalte Atmosphäre”
The free parking was a plus. The man at the reception was extremely brief when onboarding, not even a second before 14:00h. The bathroom could only be used in the room. When asked questions, we were almost always directed to notes. The room doors closed with a latch into the lock, making other guests’ arrivals at night very loud. The doors rattled, the walls shook, and the hall echoed throughout the house. Opening the windows made sleeping impossible because the external air‑conditioning units whined loudly. We were unlucky with a drunken neighbour who, from 1:30 to 2:30h, apparently next to us, opened the supposedly well‑secured room door and caused a ruckus. I was relieved when the sleepless night in this hotel ended and we could check out (where we were again pointed to a note to simply leave the key at the reception). The price of 87 € for two people for one night without breakfast is cheap, but I would never use it again.
