The hotel looks nice, but the pool needs finishing. It was advertised as having a pool, yet when I arrived I saw it was still under repair and they asked me to wait until it was completed.

The location is great. When I booked through the app, the price was shown in Iraqi dinars, and at check‑in the front desk told me to cancel my booking in the app because the dollar rate had changed; they promised a discount if I did. The sheets were still dirty even after I mentioned it twice, and the breakfast was awful, leaving me disappointed with the place.

Nothing positive to mention. The room was dirty, the electricity kept cutting out, and the breakfast was terrible.
