Very nice, clean rooms, and a terrace with a view of the pyramids where we had an excellent breakfast overlooking them. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Ahmed, who arranged our airport transfer, helped us buy a SIM card, and recommended places to eat and gave us lots of useful tips for our stay in Egypt. Excellent.

I had zero positives; everything was a total disappointment.

The view of the pyramids was great, but the menu options were limited and the bathroom facilities weren’t working perfectly.

Everything was wonderful, thanks a lot to Mohammed, Mustafa, and Am Henda; if I come back I’ll stay here again. Our room had no windows, while the other rooms had balconies.
