The only thing that was good was the location; everything else was terrible. We were moved rooms four times: the first wasn’t clean, the second also seemed untouched by housekeeping, the third we pointed out because it looked clean but the door was missing, and finally the fourth was acceptable. I can’t believe I had to go down four times to report the problem.

The stay was comfortable, but the rooms smelled like tobacco and some were not clean at all.

Two cockroaches showed up and there was no proper breakfast. At 8:30 am we got a 10 %‑size “breakfast” with no coffee, just two apples, two yogurts and three waffles for the whole group. The reception was staffed by a single woman who seemed irritated and was handling everything alone, including the breakfast service.

The building needs a lot of cleaning and the room needs some work/cleaning. Basically rooms need lots of attention
