Cute boutique style. Best Western is easy to walk all around Calistoga. We didn’t like that they didn’t want to communicate about extending communication confirming that I checked out a day early so that can refund my fourth night due to a family health emergency. Also wish they had robes in the room, and wished the sauna was open more convenient hours earlier in the morning. Also wished for better pod coffee in the room.

The pool was beautiful, the room was large and the shower was nice. However, there was not even a complimentary water bottle and everything else was chargeable.

The structure was very good, the hotel is new or renovated, and the room and bathroom were spacious. The breakfast was basic and could have offered more options.

Easy access to the family wedding gathering, but on day one my coffee pot didn’t work, they never replaced it, and I only found out two days later that they hadn’t recorded the issue, so I had someone else write it up.
