A huge thank you for the welcome and for this wonderful stay! We had an incredible time at the hotel. Everything was perfect, especially the warm reception and kindness from the entire team, which truly touched us. Everyone was attentive. The hotel is well‑located, a real haven of peace, just a 10‑minute scooter ride to Ubud’s center, away from traffic, which is very pleasant. We even took a yoga class with a fantastic instructor in a truly splendid setting. We’ll keep a beautiful memory of our stay in Ubud, and if we return, we’ll definitely come back to this hotel!

The staff were very helpful and attentive. There were activities, but our schedule was too tight to join. Rooms were clean and quite spacious. The pool and view with rice fields were amazing. The bed could have been more comfortable; the room was damp, which might be a general Ubud issue. I couldn’t leave the balcony door open because of flies and bugs, and the bathroom stayed humid, probably why I felt that way.
