The staff and the restaurant were excellent; the restaurant staff went above and beyond with great service and food.

There were plenty of parking spots and a good spot near Asian restaurants, but the customer service was really poor—no one could help with questions.

The staff were very warm, they let us check in early at no extra cost, the breakfast spread was good, and the hotel was very clean, but there were no porters or bellmen, so we had to push the luggage cart up and down the 4th floor at check‑in and check‑out.
