There was nothing good about this location not a single thing I had to walk on toilet paper in the bathroom because the floor was so disgusting and could not even sit on the toilet or take a shower. The owner called me a mother f****r the place was the most disgusting hotel I’ve EVER stayed at. Owner tried to sneak into my room thinking I was alone to according to him, wake me up for checkout, but it was 40 minutes early. He didn’t knock, announce himself for anything. He used his key and open the door didn’t expect my husband to be in bed with me thank God he was because it’s hard telling what the man had planned

“Horrible”

The room was not clean enough for my standards: the carpet wasn’t updated, the back entry door didn’t lock, the dumpster outside was overflowing, and the do‑not‑disturb sign was ignored by housekeeping. Mosquitoes flew in, the TV had only basic cable, the lamps were old and rusty, and the lighting was terrible, giving no sense of cleanliness or sanitation. We had to use hotel towels on the floor to keep our stuff, lay one in the shower to stand on, and the door would stay open unless we slammed it hard. Everything.

“Will never stay here again, and would not recommend anyone else to either”

The spot was easy to reach, but the place felt run down, with a strong mold and mildew smell and the cleaning was noticeably poor.

I was grateful that they kept my lost ring safe until I could retrieve it, yet the AC barely worked until I pulled the filter, the entry light was dead and the attendant just told me to use other lights, the pool was closed without any notice—which was the main reason I booked there—and my supposedly handicap‑accessible room was unusable: the wheelchair wouldn’t fit in the bathroom, there were no rails or handles, and the shower was inaccessible, forcing me to leave and pay for another room elsewhere to shower safely. It was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t have stayed if not for exhaustion.
