The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location, which suited my needs perfectly. Beyond that, the experience was highly disappointing. The room and bathroom were exceptionally small—the bathroom felt smaller than an airplane toilet, and the room was so cramped it felt suffocating at times. The restaurant experience was equally poor. The food lacked flavor, and the restaurant staff were unhelpful, acting as if they were doing guests a favor rather than providing a service. To make matters worse, checkout was a hassle. Even though I prepaid before check-in and showed proof that the money left my account, the reception staff insisted I hadn't paid because they failed to check their records properly. They later claimed the funds were just "blocked" on their end. The front desk needs better training in handling payments and basic customer service. I would not recommend this hotel

I liked the food and the location, but after staying almost a week I was told there were no rooms available for the next day, so I had to wait two days before I could check back in again.

Nothing special stood out. The rooms were far too small, the bathroom was outdated, and the cleaning left a lot to be desired.
