Staff were attentive and genuinely cared about guests; if I remember correctly, the lady’s name was Sol, and she was very kind. The breakfast felt repetitive, and the path from the room to the reception was uncovered.

The facilities, comfort, staff, and bed were all good, but the location and breakfast left something to be desired.
The location is very close to the center, the room is spectacular, and the breakfast in the room is very good!

The service was excellent, the room was spacious with a beautiful view, and the breakfast was well prepared, though the bed felt a bit too soft for our taste.

The rooms are very large and the spaces are well arranged; the mattresses, pillows, and linens are new and in perfect condition; the décor is lovely and everything you need is provided in the kitchen and bathroom, so you don’t have to bring anything; the shower water flow is unique and the bathroom has radiant floor heating, which was excellent; the breakfast is delicious and they were flexible with the changes we requested, they have very good staff for rain and respond immediately to everything, very attentive and helpful. The only downside is that the pool is not connected from the rooms, you have to go outside and bring everything to change in the locker.
