The location was great and parking was right outside the door, but the value didn’t match the price at all, the staff were poorly trained and managed, except for a few exceptions such as the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room, the receptionist who checked us out, and the restaurant service was dreadful with untrained employees; the food quality was okay, the bar seemed understaffed, the lounge was open and had a great view but was cold and impersonal, and the service was as expected.
