It’s practical, close to Freiburg, functional and okay. The breakfast was very sparse and cheap. Overall, the house is stuck in a high‑investment backlog.

There were enough parking spots, the on‑site restaurant was decent, and the kitchen was adequate, but I found bugs at the breakfast buffet and in my room.

The location was great, right by the bus stop outside the building, and it was quiet, yet the breakfast stayed the same for five days, the staff seemed unmotivated and lazy, the bathroom was dirty, the interior felt worn out, and overall it could use improvements.
