“Very high standards maintained - would recommend and return!”
We were very impressed with this hotel; it turned out even better than we had hoped. Highlights included a meticulously clean suite that was serviced daily with thoughtfulness (e.g., not throwing away items we were still using), an incredible city view, a fabulous rooftop pool open during good hours each day, staff who offered solutions instead of excuses whenever we needed something, free soft drinks from the minibar each day, snacks from the snack room, a great location, a great shower, a nice bar, and food on the top floor—I could go on! The only slight issue was not being able to find the right place to check in; with so many entrances on different floors it was a little confusing, but that’s not a big deal. I found the room’s air conditioning a bit cold and would have liked some fresh air from a small window, but I understand that’s not really possible in such a high tower block.
