A very nice campsite by the lake. The cabin isn’t very large, but it’s clean and functional. Highly recommended for families because there are beautiful play areas for kids and the option to rent bicycles for tours around the lake. The bed is quite sunken and in my opinion should be replaced.

An incredibly nice location in the city, so close to Vänern and the fantastic lakeside promenade! It felt new and well maintained.

A large campsite on the shore of the lake. A very nice promenade and beach right next to the campsite, a picturesque town center just around the corner. Easy access to the campsite and parking. Excellent communication with the campsite staff. I have two reservations about the accommodation: 1) The campsite, in my opinion, has a systemic problem with cleaning and its control. You clean the cabin yourself after each stay according to a checklist, or you have to pay extra for cleaning, which is definitely not cheap. When we arrived, the condition was: dirty windows, the fridge was not great, a scratched mirror, the outdoor seating was outright ugly, the dishwasher was dirty and smelly = the cleaning quality control doesn’t work! Later we found out that the dishwasher was broken. I reported this at reception. The communication with the reception staff was perfect, the dishwasher was replaced the next day and we also received appropriate compensation. The problem resolution was very professional and at a high level. 2) The kitchen equipment (plates, cutlery, pots…) is insufficient and does not match the number of guests. You finish breakfast and then have no choice but to run the semi-empty dishwasher. It’s not a problem to wash dishes by hand, but if you pay a price that corresponds to a five‑star campsite, the standard equipment should match that.

The campsite was fantastic, the cottage was very cozy, extremely clean, modern, and offered many activities for kids; it was close to the lake, the town, and the supermarket, and the staff were very helpful. Many activities and services are paid for, but they are very efficient.
