“Pontosan azt kapod mint amire számítasz, nem csalódtunk. Kedvező árú Hostel, jó reggelivel.”
Good, the location was fine. We were satisfied with the breakfast. Overall, we got what we expected. It’s one of the most affordable accommodations in the area. We had checked in, and the host told us we wouldn’t be getting the rooms we booked. Instead of one 2‑bedroom and one 3‑bedroom, we received two 2‑bedroom rooms, one with a mattress on the floor. We negotiated a compensation that included otherwise unavailable free parking. Because the host seemed to try to resolve the situation, I view that positively, but it was clear he knew in advance that he wouldn’t provide the service agreed upon in the booking. We spent one Saturday night there; during that night, a man who was not a guest barged into the hostel and caused a disturbance. The staff handled the issue immediately, which is also a positive. I assume this doesn’t happen often, but in our case it did.
