It was quiet, the facilities were good, and the bathroom was large. I can’t really comment on breakfast or coffee because I didn’t ask where they were, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work for me, just like it didn’t work at the university hospital or at the VCH hotel in town.

The kitchen was largely equipped with all the essential utensils, which was enough for our needs, and the room was very large and spacious. Unfortunately, the completely full trash bin in the kitchen was not emptied, even though it seemed a cleaner had been there (we only saw the cleaning cart). We also find it very regrettable that all the trash ends up in ONE bin; below on the premises there are separate containers again! This doesn’t make sense to us, although we assume you simply resigned yourself to the lack of sufficient intelligence of some of your guests, for whom the German waste‑separation system is simply “higher mathematics.” And in the men’s toilet there was no toilet paper! At least the “cleaner” should have noticed that.

Very accommodating. I was able to use the room three hours earlier.

The next bus stop is within walking distance. On the night from Saturday to Sunday, a party was held on the lower floor with loud basses until 3 am, costing me the better half of my sleep. How a company can rent out its premises for a noisy party while simultaneously offering the rest of the house as a pension remains a mystery; it has nothing to do with guest appreciation.
