Everything was very correct, the hotel was quiet. The bathroom was very slippery; an anti‑slip mat should be installed to prevent accidents.

The room was huge, which was a big plus, but the opaque seal on the windows made it feel really closed-in and claustrophobic. The bathroom was a letdown, especially the shower and basin taps - they were pretty terrible. On the upside, the room's size was a nice surprise. Just a heads up, you'll want to bring your own toiletries since they weren't provided.

The staff here are seriously the best part - they're always helping out and making sure you're good. Had a late check-in and they were super understanding, even gave me a hand with some stuff. Room was a bit of a letdown though, it was clear the cleaning hadn't been done properly, like, there were crumbs and hair everywhere. Not exactly the vibe I'm going for when I'm trying to relax.

Staff were super helpful, especially with breakfast - they don't do a buffet anymore, but we got a coffee or tea and a veg sandwich or aloo paratha at 6:30am, which was a nice touch. They also moved us to a different room when we asked, since the guys next door were having a loud drinking session. That being said, the hotel kinda feels like a bar at times, with groups of guys hanging out in the lobby and making a racket - not ideal for a peaceful stay. Overall, it's a bit of a mixed bag.

The hotel was pretty good, everything was managed well and kudos to Mr. Khushvinder, the manager, for being super helpful and humble. He really made our stay smooth.
