How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was exactly what I expected, close to the main tourist spots, the accommodation itself was very comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast: by 09h00 some items were already missing, but nothing too critical.

Breakfast was excellent, shower good, bed good, mini‑fridge fine, reception service great and the location is good. The room was a bit cramped, the bathroom window faces the door of the adjacent room and the doors keep slamming; I had to put a towel on the door to keep it from slamming and to sleep. There was no bathroom rug and the bathroom towel rack was broken. Put a shampoo and soap holder in the shower.

Being able to park my car at the lodge was one of the positives. The breakfast was very good! The lodge is located in the center of Petrópolis. The staff were cordial.
