The young man at the front desk spoke English and was very helpful, showing me how the key card worked for the lights and air conditioning, and also telling me how to get to the Fatima sanctuary.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. It served its purpose for a night in Fatima. The bed sheet looked dirty, the rest were minor issues.

Breakfast was complete, though not spectacular. The room was large with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and had a good shower. Overall, I liked the hotel.
