Location only!!! One star unfortunately – this was one of the worst stays we’ve had. We booked two nights there. Before arriving, I read many negative reviews on Google Maps, and the photos posted by guests differed from the listing photos, so I reached out to the place before traveling and explained my concerns. I also told them my husband and I have back problems, asked about help with luggage, cleanliness, and reception service, and they assured me everything would be fine and that they’d improve cleanliness after previous guests’ feedback. They also contacted me before arrival to ask about our arrival time. I told them we’d arrive at 7:00 am and might be early. They said if the room was ready we could check in immediately; if not, they would hold our luggage until check‑in. When we arrived, there was no staff to greet us or help with luggage as promised. We had to wait until a front‑desk employee came at 10:00 am, and we had to carry our own bags. Worse, they had previously sent us via WhatsApp the check‑in instructions, door codes, and room number, so we went to the room thinking that was correct, only to find the previous guest still inside. It was embarrassing for us and the previous guest; then the front‑desk employee scolded us for going to the room, even though we followed the instructions they had sent. The previous guest objected, and he kindly offered to let us put our luggage in the room until he left. I’ve never experienced anything like this. First stay (3 nights): there were insects on the balcony, the bathroom was tiny, dirty, and smelled bad. The bed for our 12‑year‑old daughter was very uncomfortable; she felt the metal rods under the mattress while sleeping. Despite that, we gave the place another chance because we had a second booking. Second stay (5 nights): it was much worse. We found leftover pizza in the fridge from previous guests, the cabinets were full of dust, the coffee machine was full of limescale deposits and was not clean.
