How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The owner's hospitality was genuinely exceptional, making up for the hotel's shortcomings. The view from the balcony was a real highlight, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by the presence of cockroaches in the room. I managed to catch and kill three of them, but it was still a major issue. To top it off, the shower was lukewarm at best, which was frustrating given the warm weather.
