The staff were excellent and the location was great. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a wonderful view of a very old hammam. It could have been a bit larger.

The location is amazing. The facilities are very old and poorly maintained, with a strong sense of dampness. The ceilings are low. The shower was broken. Everything is audible, and the room blinds are almost non‑existent, failing to block the street light that shines directly onto the room—this could be fixed with a darker curtain, but there is a large neglect. The air conditioning does not work properly.

This is a decent, if basic, hotel. The staff were helpful and it sits right in the old district. It is Le Safran PALACE; some upkeep would really help here (bathroom fans, etc.) and the Wi‑Fi needs improvement—Vodafone was awful in Turkey and England, especially. After all their help, the staff let down the driver service. They couldn’t provide a car earlier than booked when plans changed, which was poor service. The tour bus couldn’t find the hotel! The tour mixed up Le Safran Palace, Le Safran Suites, and Saffron, so just be aware.

The location is perfect, just a few steps from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the palace. Breakfast can be taken on the roof with an incredible view. The room isn’t very large but is very clean and functional, and the staff are attentive. Nothing to complain about.

I loved the location. You can literally walk anywhere and there are tons of restaurants in the area. Not much to add.
