The food was delicious, but the bathroom turned out to be smaller than I had imagined from the pictures.

The bath amenities were well stocked and I felt the room was clean. It’s a shame that there was no Wi‑Fi in the room, and I couldn’t gauge the staff’s overall quality because I only interacted with the front desk at check‑in.

For the price, you get a decent amount of food. Unfortunately, Wi‑Fi didn’t work in the room.

When we arrived, the front‑desk staff gave a clear explanation, which was helpful for our group of six men aged between about 80 and 87; the hotel’s rooms were on a level floor, so no stairs to climb, and the buffet let the seniors pick what they liked and adjust portions as needed, and the next day an older lady at reception attended to us politely, although the summer period brought many students and families, making the game area, table‑tennis and billiards a bit noisy, and I wish there had been more consideration for guests who came to relax in the hot springs—maybe that’s just old‑people grumbling, but a pleasant trip is what we all want.
