“One night it was ok”
The shower water was hot, but the towels were hard/old, clean but not looking clean, and the ones in my room were thin.

It’s better than most hotels: the food was great, the place was clean, and the staff were polite and helpful; my wife and I always stay there and Best Western is the best, but the elevator made a hard noise that was very scary.

It’s close to everything I needed to get to, but the front desk lady wasn’t a good fit—she wasn’t friendly and didn’t seem to know how to use the system.

It was a nice visit, just wish I’d known about an incident fee; the first time I was EVER CHARGED A INCIDENT FEE, even though I’ve stayed here frequently and never been charged before.

I stayed in a spacious, spotless room that made my visit feel very comfortable.
