The owner was incredibly kind. He wasn’t in the lobby when we got there, but he left a phone number to call. When I called, he told me to use a key safe. I mentioned that my husband is disabled and the building had no elevators, only stairs, and he upgraded us to a ground‑floor unit with a spa bath. Nothing else to complain about.

It was quiet and there was ample space to park a Ute and a boat trailer off the street. I was upgraded to a spa bath, but it never worked.

The location was convenient and the staff were friendly, but the keypad lock was almost flat, the hot water barely warmed, a jacket from a previous guest was left behind that the cleaners missed, and I couldn’t find spare pillows.

Conveniently located in center of town. The manager was pleasant The Aircon worked!. I booked the Spa room with breakfast. 3 days before arrival I was sent a text informing me that the kitchen would be closed, so no breakfast! The room was dated, there was a hole in the bedspread and the spa didn't work! Paid for, but didn't get breakfast or spa!
