The room did not include breakfast. In the room there was a smell of cigarettes even though everything was very clean.

The room was very clean, there are towels, a hair dryer :) the property has a kitchen (everything you need to make quick food). Very nice lady owner.

Close to the train station. The 10.00 meter distance to the door was a bit annoying, but overall it was fine.
