Breakfast was plentiful and the restaurant offered great views, but the room was already small and the three large pillows on the bed made it feel cramped; removing those pillows would improve the space.

The staff were kind, the hotel’s location was excellent, the room was clean, and the lounges and relaxation spots were great, but I would like to see halal food options added for Muslim guests.

“Skuffet gjest!”

Breakfast was good, but the reception felt very rushed. The Superior room did not meet expectations – no view, no phone to the front desk, no desk. Chocolate, flowers, prosecco, and a card that was supposed to be a surprise for my 60th birthday were ordered, yet only prosecco arrived. I had booked a time for the swimming pool, but it was not recorded. There was a splash in the pool, making it impossible to move around. Dinner was underwhelming. I was surprised that others had the pool and food included in the price, which was far below ours. We paid 280,- for the pool that we couldn’t use. Under one of the mattresses in the bed were two blue plastic bags.

The atmosphere was lovely, the staff super friendly, and the food great! Even the coffee you want at breakfast could be ordered without extra charge 😍
