The facilities were clean, but one of the showers didn’t heat up.

I didn’t like that there was no staff, that all the doors were open and the house was cold, and that the shower didn’t have cold water. I waited about 5 minutes and the hot water never came. With no staff to help, I had to give up.

The staff were friendly and the place was comfortable.

The location was good, it was quiet, and I felt at ease. I wish someone had been there to greet us, but that’s just modernity.
