Nothing justifies the four‑star rating they claim, and the experience was terrible: the sheets were never changed for four days, we only got two medium towels, there was no coffee maker, cockroaches were visible, and for the price it feels more like a cheap roadside motel.

The room was very clean, and the lobby, hallways, and restaurant were pleasant, but I disliked how breakfast was served: it was presented as a buffet but the staff forced guests to choose and serve themselves, and the lady who served seemed annoyed and gave the impression she didn’t want to help; additionally, when I asked for extra towels she said I’d have to wait for the ones I received on the first day to dry, which is unacceptable for a hotel; I stayed in what I thought was the largest room, and this really speaks poorly of the hotel.
