It’s inexpensive, they provide free Wi‑Fi and an iron, and the room is spacious for a hostel‑style accommodation. The location is close to the Vatican but far from other attractions, and the buses are unreliable. The toilet is poorly maintained; one toilet for 6‑8 people is awful. There’s no microwave, and you can’t leave luggage if you arrive early or check out early. When you ask them, they aren’t very responsive.

Very clean, a great host, and just a 12‑minute walk from a metro station.

Everything was fine, and there was no issue with the door lock safety.

The location is good if you enjoy walking and it’s close to the Vatican. The blankets smelled like storage, which is probably normal in a hot place; it isn’t a hostel per se, it’s a converted apartment, but it works well. Don’t expect much interaction with other guests—you’ll mostly be alone, but that’s fine if you’re just there to explore and sleep.
