The room was clean, but the toilet seat was broken, loose and wobbling. The air‑conditioner didn’t cool, so we had to sleep with the balcony open to ventilate the room. They offered us a room on another floor, but my parents couldn’t stay far from me. In the end they proposed a discount for the day, which, by the way, isn’t cheap. We left the hotel on 12/10 at 11:00 AM; they said because it was a holiday they couldn’t do anything at that moment and would contact me that day. Well, it’s 23:00 on 13/10 and NOTHING!
