Pretty clean and well‑located. It’s a fifth‑floor room without an elevator, and I’m not sure if it’s another one that wasn’t available, but the photo definitely isn’t of the room we stayed in; we had no bathtub and the blinds didn’t work.

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and there was a shared kitchen with other guests. The air conditioning didn’t work well, and the location is a 20‑minute walk from the Vatican (there are buses, but they’re not very reliable).

The kitchen, accessories, fridge, freezer, TV, and balcony for quick laundry drying were all available. The place feels cozy, with few other residents around, an old‑school elevator with character, a pleasant interior scent, a comfortable mattress, air conditioning, and exterior blinds. It’s close to great restaurants, grocery stores, a pharmacy, and public transport. A free cold water dispenser nearby was a nice touch. The shower head sprayed unevenly, and the hot/cold water was hard to regulate in summer. The remote sometimes required a longer press, battery changes, or the TV would not respond. We received towels with stains, but they were swapped quickly, though we still had doubts about their freshness. The kettle in the kitchen was broken, but we could boil water in a pot. A basic coffee machine worked, and the balcony in the kitchen had bird droppings.

“Great location, comfortable bed, fast wifi and clean room with additional toiletries.”

The location was great, close to train stations, restaurants, and supermarkets. The air conditioning was excellent and the bed extremely comfortable. We appreciated the toiletries that were provided. The shower drain was very slow, so we had to keep turning the shower off to let the water drain.
