The food was great, and the staff—except for the owner—had a wonderful attitude. The hotel is quite far from the village center, and it’s very difficult to communicate with the owner.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the pool was great. From my point of view, the location isn’t suitable for skiing; the hot water supply failed, parking is cumbersome and it’s hard to know where your car is. The kitchen is large and seems to have a lot of staff, but that doesn’t show in the food—breakfast and dinner are very average.
