The room was spotless and the view was fantastic. The atmosphere and view from the third‑floor restaurant were also excellent. Staff had painted pictures on the building, which was very cute. The owner arranged the sightseeing boat and driver exactly the way I wanted. No negatives.

A boat from the guesthouse would pick you up to the island, which is quite convenient. The staff were enthusiastic and very polite, making the Aswan experience pretty good, so I’m writing this positive review. The room was a bit small, the sound insulation wasn’t great, but it was still relatively clean and worth the price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They also arranged tours and a Felucca ride for us. We watched the sunset on the Nile in a Felucca and took a shared tour to Abu Simbel – both spectacular experiences. Dinner at the hotel’s rooftop restaurant was also very pleasant. Highly recommend this place if you ever stay in Aswan.
