“Very bad!!! Disappointing”
Nothing positive to mention. The front‑desk staff were extremely off‑beat; as soon as I arrived he stared at me like I was naked, then kept me waiting 10‑15 minutes even though I’d already booked. He called someone to confirm my reservation, then told me to inspect the room before I could stay. The room he showed had a balcony as promised, was spotless, yet the bed had a fresh blood stain in the middle of it—something I’d seen in a review but had overlooked at booking. The room was swapped for a smaller one without a balcony. When checking in, they asked for ID, and the person with me had a local ID, so they denied us, saying they don’t accept local IDs, and told us to leave even though I wasn’t local. Just like that.
