How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hostess was kind and spoke excellent French. The director’s professionalism, the majestic character of the hotel, and the nearby parking were all positives. Nothing to complain about.

The location and the room’s visual impact were impressive at first glance. However, there are no windows in the rooms, the tap water pressure is weak, and the shower is unstable—sometimes no hot water, sometimes only very hot water. The pool is tiny and murky. There’s a bar but no waiter. Breakfast, advertised as great, was actually very mediocre, and the chocolate croissant was inedible. It might be a beautiful hotel for locals in Mérida, but for French guests it falls far below minimum standards.

The location was excellent, right near the city center, and the room was very cozy. The staff were very helpful; when the air‑conditioning in our assigned room malfunctioned, they quickly swapped us into another room. All in all, great.
